Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, we may offer a store credit or exchange on eligible items if:

• your request is made within 7 days of delivery
• the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• all original packaging is included
• the item is not marked as final sale

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where a product has a major fault.

Please include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• a brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will provide the appropriate resolution.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• items must not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or misuse
• items must be returned in their original packaging
• return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
